We have a full time position open for our Taipei school. The students are all well behaved. The emphasis is on education and learning, with some fun thrown in as well. All classes are completely taught by foreign teachers. There is no shared responsibility with local teachers, however an assistant/translator is provided when needed. Teachers are expected to be well organized and professional. There is a senior teacher/teacher trainer available at all times to assist teachers. 

The class is 12 hours a week @ 550NT Start) Candidates will be chosen on how well they can connect and motivate 4-6 year olds.  The primary task for a teacher is to develop order and focused learning in the classroom. The students' book is thematically based and has complete lesson plans. However, other supplementary activities such as coloring, drawing, worksheets, crafts, flashcards, story telling, games, tasks and a song or two are added into each week's thematic focus. Some prep time before and after class is expected. 

Initially, there are 12 hours, but once a teacher is ready, other classes will be added for a total of up to 24 hours a week.
