In Taiwan,I still relish this desert & describe, Ba Bao Bing .It with fond memories to frens. Why didn't anyone think of selling this in Singapore? It's simple, isn't it? Just replace all your tasteless jelly cubes, mismatched grass jelly & sweet corns, and artificial flavourings with real stuffs like yam, beans, sweet potatoes etc.
And yes, please make the ice super fine so that it doesn't turn back to lumps of ice before I could eat it. For goodness sake, use a desert spoon. I don't understand why we should eat desert with a soup spoon. Oh, and please make the red beans marshy & check that they aren't stale towards the mid-day. Anyone game for it? I'll be your loyal
