The restaurant is called Tuen-Jing Hand-pulled Noodles. It is located in Taipei. You can take the MRT and go to the exit 1 to there. The store is always fully booked. Therefore, you have to queue up for the restaurant. I think that the handed-pulled noodles are worth waiting. The restaurant provides many different flavor handed-pulled noodles. The price is in the range of NT150-NT200.
The noodles are manual so they are al dente. My favorite is barbecued pork because the chef let the flavor penetrate through. The gold egg is delicious because the egg is medium boiled egg. It’s originated in Japan. Therefore, the soup is too salty. It’s the only weak point.
