CHANGHUA, TAIWAN (TTNews) – Co-hosted by Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau and Sihu Sugar Refinery, 2009 Taiwan Sugar Cane Railway Cultural Festival is scheduled to take place from November 14 until December 6, 2009. It is expected that there will be a great diversity of splendid and incredible activities held on every weekend for the duration of the event. It is hoped that via this opportunity to introduce nationwide tourists the rich culture and history between sugar cane and railway.
