First-ever aromatic stamps to be issued before Valentine's Day
 
Chunghwa Post Co. said Monday that it will issue a set of stamps featuring the sweet aroma of rose on Feb. 10, four days before Valentine's Day.

The stamps, which feature blooming pink roses and budding orange roses, will have a face value of NT$12 (US$0.4) and NT$25, respectively.

This will be the first time that the company has issued stamps that use fragrant ink.
